The members of the Halcyon Planetary Council took their seats and Davey Rocket addressed the room, “The February 23rd Planetary Council Meeting is hereby called to order. Councilman Truitt, please read the introductory statement.”
Councilman Truitt began, “We the inhabitants of Halcyon, are comfortable with turmoil.
