Dear Warriors, Princesses, Rogues, Healers and all other noble men and women,
A River Expedition, and other unique adventures await you on August 16th!
Because of special preparations and extra help required, we need you to sign up in advance if you want to participate in one of the special events listed below. Of course, there will continue to be a medieval “World of Fun” for everyone, even if you are not signed up for one of these special events.
Every person gets at least 100 gp, just for showing up to the LARP, so every person can afford an adventure. Every adventure gives you the opportunity to earn 100’s in gold and gems. Which spot should we reserve for you? (Sign up for a max of two adventures per person — one type for session #1 and a different type for session #2.) We expect these to fill up quickly, so please don’t delay.
- River Adventure (Cost = 100 gp to participate, 11 participants max per session)
- A canoe trip down the Little Miami River hunting for treasure… (Expect to get wet!)
- Espionage Adventure (Cost = 0. We pay you 500 gp to participate! 10 participants max per session)
- Involves stealth as you work for the town…
- Forest Adventure (Cost = 100 gp to participate, 10 participants max per session)
- A simple mission through the woods, that might not turn out to be so simple…
- Merchants Adventure (Cost = 100 gp to participate, 10 participants max per session)
- An errand through the woods, that could wind up in disaster…
So, I am sure you are all wondering how to sign up right now. Simply leave a comment on this post with your first name and last initial, and the first name and last initials of anyone else you are signing up. After your name say which adventure you wish to sign up for, and which session you want (Session 1 or Session 2). Remember, you can sign up for one adventure during each session. The adventures are first come first serve, so act quickly before they fill up!
I encourage everyone to sign up for one adventure or another. They will be lots of fun, and will yield lots of loot to those who succeed.
We will try to respect your desires, but as always, Torch Light reserves the right to make adjustments as required to maximize the fun for all. Thank you for having been such good sports up till now, and thank you in advance for being good sports in the future.
